Solution If you've received an Invoice Notification or Payment Overdue email we recommend you pay the invoice directly rather than adding funds, as the credit will not automatically be applied to the invoice.

Once you've added funds to your account this credit will automatically be used against all invoices generated thereafter (an invoice is generated when you receive the Invoice Notification email from us).

How the add funds function behaves depends on which payment method you use:
2CHECKOUT (Recommended): If you pay by credit or debit card the funds you add now will be used to pay your invoice and no further charges will be made.
PayPal: If you already have a subscription, the funds you add now will be used to pay your next invoice and your subscription payment will be credited to your account.
